Service Desk Technician
Hybrid / Remote
Be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering responsive, high-quality technical support across a range of environments. You’ll troubleshoot issues, support users, and ensure systems run smoothly day to day.
This role suits someone with strong Microsoft environment experience, a customer-first mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You’ll work closely with our broader engineering team to resolve issues efficiently and maintain high service standards.
